REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to purchases made from www.justaura.in, operated by Elite Fragrances & Cosmetics under the brand Justaura.
At Justaura, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrance products and a seamless shopping experience. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes, certain conditions apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Return Policy
All products sold on Justaura are non-returnable once delivered.
Returns or exchanges are only considered in exceptional cases:
- Product received is damaged (leakage / broken bottle)
- Incorrect product delivered
- Missing items in the package
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or personal sensitivities are not covered under this policy. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before use.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after verification and approval of claims.
- An unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory for all claims
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Email or contact customer support with images/videos and subject: "Refund For [Order ID]"
If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance.
If an order is marked delivered but not received, it must be reported within 3 days. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within up to 15 days
- COD Orders: Refunded to bank account within 4–7 working days after approval
Transaction details will be shared once the refund is initiated.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted on cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within up to 15 days after approval
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- If a prepaid order is returned after shipment, a deduction of ₹75 will apply
Justaura reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
