SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from www.justaura.in, operated by Elite Fragrances & Cosmetics under the brand Justaura.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Mumbai, India.

Orders are typically processed within standard business timelines after successful payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time across India:

  • 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.

3. Delivery Details

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, you may authorize an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.

Once the order is accepted and signed for by any person at the delivery address, it will be considered successfully delivered.

4. Responsibility & Liability

  • Justaura / Elite Fragrances & Cosmetics is not responsible for goods received and signed by an alternative person at the delivery address
  • We are not liable for any damage reported after successful delivery

5. Damages & Missing Items

All claims regarding shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package to support any claims.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on product type, packaging, size, and delivery location.

Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
